Depending on the job, skilled welders can make an average salary of $38,000 including company benefits and retirement plans. While most welders are in the industrial field, there are many opportunities to work for your self.

    With Ohio being a center of science and industry, there are other movements then just industries that matter to Ohioans. Being a part of the Fuel Cell Corridor and the largest manufacturer of plastics and rubber means there will always be plenty of job opportunity in the state.
